Nine questions preventing nine emails

THE ANSWER PILE. DIG CAREFULLY.

Sizes, shipping, returns, uploads, and every practical detail the jokes were hiding.

What is this thing made of?

A smooth 100% polyester top, anti-slip natural-rubber base, hemmed edges, and 3 mm of total thickness. Soft where it should be; stubborn where it counts.

How much rectangle do I get?

Every Sorta Stupid desk mat measures 22 × 12 inches and costs $25. One size. No dropdown theater.

When does it leave the building?

Mats are made after checkout and normally ship within three business days. Quality-control reprints or high-volume periods can add time.

How long is the rectangle’s journey?

USPS Ground Advantage normally takes two to five business days after production. Most orders arrive about five to eight business days after checkout, although delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Will I get tracking, or just hope?

You get tracking. We email it when the production partner creates the shipment. USPS may need a little time to show the first scan.

Can I cancel or fix my address?

Possibly, if production has not started. Contact us immediately. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation.

Can I return it because Tuesday felt different?

Not for a change of mind: every mat is made to order. If yours arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Can I put my own pixels on one?

Yes. Use the Print Lab on the homepage. You must own the artwork or have permission to print it. Custom-upload products are final sale except for confirmed damage or manufacturing defects.

Where can the mats travel?

The current checkout supports U.S. shipping addresses only. The rectangles are not internationally ambitious yet.
