What are the mats made from?
A smooth 100% polyester top, anti-slip natural-rubber base, hemmed edges, and a 3 mm overall thickness.
Which sizes can I buy?
Large is 35.4 × 15.7 inches (900 × 400 mm). Extra Large is 46.5 × 21.7 inches (1180 × 550 mm). Each product page shows the exact price for both.
When will my order ship?
Mats are made after checkout and normally ship within three business days. Quality-control reprints or high-volume periods can add time.
How long does delivery take?
USPS Ground Advantage normally takes two to five business days after production. Most orders therefore arrive about five to eight business days after checkout, although delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed when the production partner creates the shipment. USPS may need a little time to show the first scan.
Can I cancel or change my address?
Maybe, if production has not started. Email [email protected] immediately. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.
Can I return a mat?
Because every mat is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Use Make One on the homepage. You must own the artwork or have permission to print it. Custom-upload products are final sale except for confirmed damage or manufacturing defects.
