First, we make the thing

Our U.S.-based production partner normally prints and ships orders within three business days. Busy periods, artwork issues, or quality-control reprints can add time. Business days do not include weekends or postal holidays.

Then, the rectangle travels

We currently ship to U.S. addresses with USPS Ground Advantage. USPS estimates two to five business days in transit. Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order and free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $100. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking is emailed after the production partner creates the shipment. A carrier scan can take a little time to appear after that email.

Stop the presses, maybe

Email hello@sortastupid.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or update an address only before production begins. Because production can start quickly, we cannot promise that a change will be possible.

Change of heart vs. actual problem

Each mat is made specifically after purchase, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Custom-upload products are also final sale.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, materially different from the product shown, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the problem and, when confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

The package has vanished

First check the tracking page, household, delivery area, and local post office. If the package still cannot be found, email us with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.
