These terms apply when you use sortastupid.com or place an order. By using the site, you agree to them.
Products and prices
We try to describe products, sizes, colors, and prices accurately. Screens display color differently, and small differences may occur in printing and finishing. Prices can change before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, appear at checkout.
Orders and payment
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. We may cancel and refund an order if payment fails, information appears fraudulent, an item cannot be produced, an uploaded design violates these terms, or a clear pricing or listing error occurred. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Custom artwork
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You grant Sorta Stupid and its production providers the limited permission needed to prepare, print, fulfill, and support your order. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, exploitative, or privacy-violating material. We may reject an upload that creates legal, safety, or production problems.
Made-to-order production
Products enter production after purchase. Cancellations and address changes are possible only before production begins and are not guaranteed. Custom-upload products and other made-to-order goods are final sale except for confirmed damage, misprints, or an incorrect item.
Shipping and product problems
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of carrier delay can be outside our control, but we will help investigate a missing shipment. The detailed rules for cancellation, delivery, and manufacturing problems are part of these terms and appear in Shipping & Returns.
Site content and availability
Sorta Stupid owns or licenses the site design, copy, product artwork, graphics, and branding. You may not reproduce or sell them without permission. We may update, suspend, or correct the site when needed and do not promise uninterrupted access.
Reasonable limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sorta Stupid is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or an order. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
